The voters of Humboldt County in November renewed a measure that provides locally controlled funding for public safety and essential services. Now, the citizen group that advises the Board of Supervisors on these funds is looking for projects that make Humboldt a better, safer place to live.
If you have a project idea that provides a public safety or essential service to our community, consider applying for Measure Z funds. The Citizens’ Advisory Committee on Measure Z Expenditures is now accepting applications for funding, and you have until Feb. 25 to apply.
