Humboldt County Passenger Data For First Nine Months Of 2019

The Humboldt County Department of Aviation recently released passenger data for the first nine months of 2019. Overall passenger traffic at the California Redwood Coast – Humboldt County Airport (ACV) is up considerably over the same period last year. Nearly 62,000 passengers boarded planes at ACV in the first nine months of 2019. This is an increase of 23%, nearly 11,700 passengers, over the same period in 2018. It’s an increase of 54%, or over 20,000 passengers, since United Airlines converted to all-jet service to San Francisco in 2015. Subsequently, United started service to Los Angeles International Airport in June 2018 and Denver International Airport in June 2019.
